Since we stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them, we would kindly ask you to contact us first at returnmerchandise@RPGsuite.com before returning anything, so that we can see if there is anything we can do for you before you decide to drop your merch in the mail. We'll also send you a personal Return Merchandise Authorization number that you should use when you return your item.
You can return physical merchandise within 30 days after purchasing it on our site. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it – we do not want your dirty shirts! If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of paying. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If somehow we end up paying for shipping, we will deduct the costs for shipping from your refund. Please send it to:

Software/content and custom items
Unfortunately, software and content of the game cannot be returned and will not qualify for a refund. The same goes for any items that you have customized – since we cannot resell those items, we cannot take them back.
